The Body Remembers: Returning to the Roots of Natural Healing 🌿
There is something within us that remembers. We remember the comfort of warm tea steeped with herbs. The healing nourishment of food grown from the earth, perhaps even our own back yard. The way sunlight, fresh air, movement, deep rest, and time in nature can bring us home to ourselves. And it was totally worth the drive! The crowded streets and ancient walls of the city gradually gave way to open roads, rolling Atlas Mountains, smal
