From Fez to the Desert: The Night the Sandstorm Came
Leaving Fez behind, I began the long drive (11 hours) toward the Sahara Desert, watching the landscape slowly transform outside my window...it was amazing! I'm fully aware that it sounds kind of crazy to drive 11 hours for a one night stay in a tent, in the Sahara...but I guess for me... it's not crazy at all...it's the SAHARA! Know When to Turn Inward |The Quiet Strength of Stepping Back
Good Monday morning friends! I hope you all had a wonderful Fourth of July weekend. I hope you found time to slow down a little, enjoy the people you love, and soak in some of the simple moments that make life so meaningful. As I was sitting with my coffee this morning, reflecting on the start of a new week, one thought kept coming to my heart… Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do isn’t to push harder. Sometimes it’s to turn inward. It's no secret that we live in a wor

Impact Awareness | Becoming Aware of the Impact We have on Our Lives & Others
Have you ever stopped to consider the impact you have on the people around you? Long before we speak, we’re communicating. Our posture, our thoughts, our emotions, our presence, and even the conversations we’re having within ourselves quietly shape the atmosphere we bring into every room. In this video, we’re exploring what it truly means to become aware of your impact—not from a place of perfection or performance, but from a place of honesty and intentional living. Together
