A quiet realization that maybe you’re not where you thought you’d be by now.
That the intentions you set at the beginning of the year have drifted a little.
That something feels… off.

The Truth About This Season
Spring isn’t just about blooming.
It’s about shedding what can’t come with you.
Before anything grows, the earth softens, old layers break down and space is created.
Allow the same to be true for you.
That feeling of discomfort?
That lack of clarity?
That restlessness you can’t quite explain?
It’s not failure.
It’s movement.
Signs You’re Out of Alignment
Sometimes we don’t realize we’ve drifted until we slow down long enough to feel it.
You might be out of alignment if you’ve been experiencing:

Your Spring Awakening Ritual
You don’t need to overhaul your entire life to realign.
You just need to come back to yourself, one gentle step at a time.
Here’s a simple ritual to guide you:
1. Release
Ask yourself:tWhat am I holding onto that feels heavy right now?
This could be:
Expectations
Old habits
Relationships or commitments
Pressure to “keep up”
Let yourself be gentle and honest.
You don’t need to force anything, you just need to acknowledge what’s no longer aligned.
2. Reconnect
Now gently shift your focus inward:What actually matters to me right now?
Not forever. Not for anyone else.
Just… right now.
What feels meaningful?
What feels grounding?
What feels like you?
Write it down so you deeply connect with it.
3. Refocus
From that place of clarity, ask: What would the aligned version of me do this week?
Not ten things.
Not a full transformation.
Just one or two intentional actions.
Alignment isn’t built through pressure, it’s built through small, honest choices.
4. Recommit
Choose one thing to anchor into.
One non-negotiable that reflects the version of you you’re stepping into.
It could be:
A daily walk
Drinking enough water
Journaling for 5 minutes
Showing up for something you’ve been avoiding
Renewing hobbies you love
Keep it simple. Keep it real.
You’re Not Starting Over
There’s a belief that if we fall off track, we have to start from the beginning.
But that’s not true.
You’re not starting over.
You’re starting from awareness and that is a much more powerful place to begin.
Everything you’ve experienced so far this year has led you here.
To this moment of clarity.
This opportunity to realign.
This invitation to move forward—differently.
